UNAGI BOOKS proudly presents its 1st Edition/
TRAPHIC is the first visual book by Thomas
‘Marok’ Marecki in a series of conceptual
publications by Unagi Books, also including an
essay by journalist Renko Heuer. TRAPHIC
presents an interpretation of various networks,
time frames, experiences and the general
surroundings of modern-day existence, through
a combination of visuals and texts based around
the headline : ‘traffic’ & ‘graphic’ = TRAPHIC.
With my installment I basically want to create a
parallel approach to common things. Link and
connect things which are otherwise considered
disparate elements, and thus create a present
that is both absurd and real - just like today’s
