Mexican artist Mario Cinquemani presents the culmination of his Berlin residency with Beyond The Glaze, a series of portrait paintings that probe the fragile boundary between outer appearance and inner life. Cinquemani’s works confront the traditional genre of portraiture, peeling away layers of representation to reveal psychological tensions and emotional undercurrents that resist easy interpretation.
