Valentina Murabito experimentiert mit Analogfotografie. Dabei löst sie die fotografische Oberfläche auf, um sie wie eine Haut zu formen oder wie trockene Erde zu brechen. Die Künstlerin entwickelt ihre fotografischen Werke per Hand auf Barytpapier, Aquarellpapier, Holz, Stahl, Beton und Wandflächen. Ihre Werke lassen sich als eine Art Dialog mit Malerei und Bildhauerei beschreiben und sind jeweils Unikate.

Valentina Murabito experiments with analogue photography. She dissolves the photographic surface in order to mould it like a skin or break it like dry earth. The artist develops her photographic works by hand on baryta paper, watercolour paper, wood, steel, concrete and wall surfaces. Her works can be described as a kind of dialogue between painting and sculpture and are each unique.
